AM Routine Blueprint
Morning skincare is mostly about preparing and protecting the skin for the day. It does not need to be complicated.
Step 1: Cleanse lightly
If your skin feels comfortable, a gentle cleanse or even a water rinse may be enough. Avoid stripping the skin before the day begins.
Step 2: Hydrate
A light hydrating layer can help the rest of the routine sit better, especially in dry or air-conditioned environments.
Step 3: Protect
Sunscreen is the final and most important morning step. Apply enough and reapply when needed.
